Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINADE

SEASONING

  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 tsp of Cayenne pimento
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 1 tsp of rosemary
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove the tip of the wings. Place them in a bowl and add the ingredients for the marinade. Mix and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven 450 °F. Remove the wings from the marinade.

COOKING

  1. Heat the butter in a cast iron pan at medium heat. Add the spices, seasonings, and chicken wings. Salt and mix well.
  2. Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat and mix frequently. Place in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.

COMMENTS

Makes 4 to 6 portions.
