Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINADE
SEASONING
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 tsp of Cayenne pimento
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of basil
- 1 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of rosemary
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Remove the tip of the wings. Place them in a bowl and add the ingredients for the marinade. Mix and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven 450 °F. Remove the wings from the marinade.
COOKING
- Heat the butter in a cast iron pan at medium heat. Add the spices, seasonings, and chicken wings. Salt and mix well.
- Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat and mix frequently. Place in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
