St-H. Rôtisserie BBQ ::: Summer Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 60 ml (1 / 4 cup) of vegetable juice
  • 16 cubes chicken 30g (1 oz) each
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 miniature tomatoes
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bag 21 g Mix mushroom sauce
  • 4 wooden sticks
Instructions
  1. Soak mushrooms in the vegetable juice about 15 minutes. Preheat barbecue grill. Alternate cubes of chicken, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and pineapples on four wooden skewers.
  2. Pepper and brush with oil. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Prepare the mushroom sauce according to the manual. Serve the skewers accompanied by mushroom sauce and rice with herbs.
