INGREDIENT

MARINADE

  • 20 onces of commercial apple sauce
  • 20 onces of molasses
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 2 inches (approx.) of ginger roots, sliced
  • 2 sliced garlic gloves [if desired

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the pork loins between the ribs. Mix the salt, Accent and cinnamon. Rub well the mixture into the ribs before marinating them.

PREPARATION OF THE MARINADE:

  1. Mix together all the other ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the pork between 6 and 24 hours.
  2. Cook in the oven at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours, turning the ribs from time to time until the sauce begins to thicken and stick.
