INGREDIENT
MARINADE
- 20 onces of commercial apple sauce
- 20 onces of molasses
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 2 inches (approx.) of ginger roots, sliced
- 2 sliced garlic gloves [if desired
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the pork loins between the ribs. Mix the salt, Accent and cinnamon. Rub well the mixture into the ribs before marinating them.
PREPARATION OF THE MARINADE:
- Mix together all the other ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the pork between 6 and 24 hours.
- Cook in the oven at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours, turning the ribs from time to time until the sauce begins to thicken and stick.
