INGREDIENTS BREADCRUMBS
TRIM
- 2 cups dried dates, cut in mcx, (1 lb)
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar (225 g)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- caramel sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cream 15%
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, oatmeal and butter until smooth. Press half the mixture in bottom of ungreased 9x9. Reserve the other half for the top
TRIM
- Mix all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Pour over the preparation. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs, pressing lightly. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.Let cool in pan before cutting.
