INGREDIENTS BREADCRUMBS

  • 2 cups dried dates, cut in mcx, (1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar (225 g)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • caramel sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream 15%

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together the breadcrumbs, oatmeal and butter until smooth. Press half the mixture in bottom of ungreased 9x9. Reserve the other half for the top

TRIM

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Pour over the preparation. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs, pressing lightly. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.Let cool in pan before cutting.
