Summer Chicken Kebabs

INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak mushrooms in the vegetable juice about 15 minutes. Preheat barbecue grill. Alternate cubes of chicken, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and pineapples on four wooden skewers.
- Pepper and brush with oil. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Prepare the mushroom sauce according to the manual. Serve the skewers accompanied by mushroom sauce and rice with herbs.
