INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan, melt butter in oil. Gently brown onion, garlic and peppers 5 to 6 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Purée in food processor until smooth. Reheat sauce and add cream. Simmer 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
