• 2 cups (500ml) of Bisquick baking mixture
• 2/3 cups (150ml) of milk
• 2/3 cups (150ml) of orange juice
• 2 tbsp (30ml) of vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• maple syrup (below)

• 1 cup of flavoured maple syrup
• 3 tbsp of orange juice
• 3 tbsp of margarine or melted butter

1. Combine the 3 ingredients (except for the orange maple syrup) and mix with a metal whip or hand mixer until homogenous.
2. Pour 1 cup of baking mixture on the hot grill (greased if necessary).
3. Cook until the vapour diminishes and the waffle is browned. Remove carefully.

1. Heat, stir and serve.

Makes 3 waffles of 9 inches (23cm).
